Portraits will tell the story of who you are, what you are about, the special event occurring at that moment in time, in essence, your documentary. The photos we take will reflect who you are as a person, couple, family, or company. We see every client as a friend and here to help you capture the story of your life.  A moment in time, frozen.  We are not a big photography studio because we pride ourselves on providing you with the best and most complete overall experience.  Mike and I both are certified professional photographers.  Our photography is unique to our clients and simply real, no models here.  All of the photos you see were taken by me or my second shooter and go-to-guy–my husband. Of course, with the exception of this picture. 

Our Story

Born and raised in St. Louis; fell in love with a farmer. We live on a small farm in the middle of no where.  I mean, really, Fararr is far away, far in the middle of no where Southeast Missouri.  The cool thing is we have a lot of really cool places to photograph outdoors.  The most notable is we have 1 of 5 of Missouri's natural bridges and caves.  If you want to have your pictures there,  you have to be up for an adventure and we're always up for an adventure.  We have 2 amazing boys and they are always happy to help on a shoot. 

The Beach is my favorite place and the ocean is my favorite color.  I love ice cream which by the way goes with any mood.  Even after 100+ weddings, I still cry at them and Mike still laughs at me.  Mike loves being outdoors.  Farming is his first love.  Photography was a passion he got from me.  And, he's very good!  But, don't tell him that. :) 

We chose to live life in the moment and to it's fullest. 

I’ve always been a creative kind of girl whether it was art, music, or photography. I’ve been a shutterbug for as long as I can remember and am often referred to by friends as the “paparazzi”. Photography became more than a hobby when I was asked by a close friend to photograph her wedding. Word spread, just like it does in a small town, and the rest is history!
